LEAVE YOUR FEARS BEHIND!

Fear is dominant in most of us.We fear various things.Some may have fear of confined places,while others may fear water.Fear is normal,but at times,if overdone it can be destructive.Fear is present in all of us.But, we do not need to fear things if we have faith in ourselves.Fear can be destructive,but at the same time,if you master the skill to gain full control over it,then NOTHING can stop you. In order to do this successfully,we first need to understand and have knowledge about the things that we tend to fear or the source from where our fears originate.


WHY TO FEAR?
Some fears may originate from bad experiences that a person has had in the past.As a result of which the same fear of the bad experience repeating itself in a disguised form is present in our subconsciousness,that tends to haunt us.Some of us tend to have an unknown fear of things that are not in our control.Many of us,fear CHANGE.Moving to a new place,starting a new job or trying something new,tends to make us feel apprehensive and hence we develop a fear.But,what we fail to realize is that,CHANGE is the only thing that is constant in this world,and a person who does not accept and adapts to change remains at the same level from where he/she had begun and does not GROW.Hence change is inevitable,and what cannot be avoided has to be faced!Our mind is wild,but if given the right training,it can do wonders.You train your mind to be anxious about a particular situation and trust me you will develop obstacles and fears that had NEVER at all EXISTED!and this can certainly be harmful if not damaging.

TRAIN YOUR MIND TO TACKLE FEAR
When you try your hand at something new,you are never PERFECT at it the first time.But of course eventually and gradually,with proper practice and perseverance you master it.Similarly,when you train your mind,so that it can help you overcome your fears,you will fail at it a lot many times,but remember,you will be a pro at it some day or the other.If not tomorrow then day after but you will succeed.Tell your mind,that you have what it takes to stand up to circumstances,you have the ability to stand up and tackle any situation with courage and confidence,and you will actually see the wonders that this regular conditioning of your mind will do for you.

FACE YOUR FEARS!
Face your fears. Do the things that you fear.Fears are sometimes,just mere illusions that your mind tends to create and are most of the time just utter reasons for not doing a certain thing.But when your mind gives you amazing(but false)reasons for not doing something,there will always be a voice coming from your heart that will tell you that these are mere excuses.Listen to your heart, go and face your fears,cause that's the only way to conquer your fears,that earlier held you in it's grip and break free from it,and to RISE ABOVE AND ACHIEVE ANYTHING.

DREAMS.... KEEP YOU GOING

"DREAMS make us who we are."If you have the courage,perseverance,determination and if you put  your 100% into something,giving all you have and not holding anything back,your dreams,no matter what can and definitely will come true. Today's blog is about DREAMS as you must have already guessed.Dreams have a driving force in them,something that makes life worth living. A person with a DREAM(big or small) will have a motive to live for. He/she will dream and his/her entire energy will be directed towards attaining that one, GOAL.
However, DREAMS just remain ordinary dreams,if we do not do something to pursue them. A person may have many dreams, but without hard work and perseverance,attaining this goal can be difficult and impossible.Sustainable action is hence very vital.Put in your entire effort into making your dreams turn into reality, work hard, know and tell yourself that you can do it. Believe in your dreams and believe in yourself continuously and lo! there you have the formula to attain success and realize your dreams.


KEEP DREAMING!
When one goal is attained,set for yourself another goal,and why not? We are not meant to live and be mediocre. We are meant to rise above and be better than ourselves.SELF BELIEF and HARD WORK combined together can make any person realize his dreams.Many a times, people tend to give up on a dream,by just listening to what the society has to tell them and just one word of discouragement is more than enough to put them OFF. But unfortunately,what they fail to realize is that,a person who has fulfilled his dreams,is not the one who listened to what the others told him,but the one who did what his HEART told him to go for!

DON'T EVER GIVE UP!
Dreams often remain incomplete,if there are hurdles or obstacles on the path that leads you to your dreams as a person tends to quit in the face of adversities.There will be obstacles,you will face difficulties,but just remember that"WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH,THE TOUGH GET GOING". Difficulties are a part and parcel of life.And trust me.it's the way you approach a problem that determines how you solve it.Approach  a difficulty with a negative mindset, and it becomes all the more difficult to solve,while on the contrary approach it with a positive attitude and the victory will be yours.Some people give up on their dreams when the first blow of troubles hits them,while others keep trying but unfortunately on the path of their dreams they become weary and fold up. Later realizing,that if they had tried a bit longer then their destination was just a step away. A person who moves forward in the storms and rains,has a beautiful paradise waiting for him.Move forward,plunge into difficulties with faith and self belief and don't ever STOP!Cause you may never know,when you have neared your destination.



HAPPINESS.. IN SMALL THINGS

Happiness is very essential and is an integral part of our being. By just being happy can work WONDERS , as it not only helps in reducing stress levels(which is widespread in today's world) but also plays a key role in keeping your immune system under check.Hence remaining HAPPY ,although not possible all the time, but we can all can try to remain happy most of the time.A happy person can easily combat any problem, with sheer determination and positiveness. 
SECRET TO HAPPINESS
While most people tend to find Happiness, or search for it in someone else or tend to derive it from people or material things, let me tell you that HAPPINESS , most of the time lies, obscure within ourselves, waiting to be discovered . If you depend on others for your share of happiness, it may be transitory and hence once gone ,it can leave you empty and thus can leave you again on a hunt for happiness.
I believe sometimes, being happy for the smallest of the small reasons, gives joy. Just enjoying the little things in life, and being happy about them is the real secret, which only few people tend to discern. Happiness is when you realize, that no one can actually determine how you feel or even that no one has a right to regulate your happiness.

SMALL THINGS ARE BIG REASONS FOR HAPPINESS
"Start from small". This saying applies and fits perfectly for being happy and finding happiness in small things.For example, the night stars or the aroma that the dark night bestows upon you, can make you feel fresh and refresh you. The morning breeze, the mild sun rays that fall on you (which I personally love) can be another example of small things in which happiness lies.For pet lovers(especially dogs) just spending time with your pets or just patting them can really be calming.Finding happiness, can also be to just meditate in the open, and listen to the soft but soothing sounds of birds and breeze likewise.Spending time (quality time ) with your loved ones is often seen as a way to attain relaxation.In what you find HAPPINESS is up to you, but remember, if you choose to be happy, you can find HAPPINESS even in the smallest things.SO ALWAYS CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY.

LOVE YOURSELF!

Some decisions in life are difficult to make, and especially when there is a point from where you do not know where, how and when to proceed.When such a point in life arises ,all you need to do is just calm down your mind and think, and by thinking i mean, real thinking.  At times we make mistakes, the worst of all, and tend to think and ponder over them again and again. We think as to "why i did this?" or "why did i make such a silly mistake?".Well ,i understand that dealing with mistakes and overcoming it's impact and effect is NOT easy! But , as i have told you in my earlier blog(https://sanaidafernandes.blogspot.com/2019/03/life-is-about-learning-from-mistakes.html) mistakes,should be and in fact, are an essential part of growing up. Now, it's not that you can be a pro at once ,in forgetting things and going forward. It takes time, especially if you have had the habit for long.Remember, when you make a mistake, the prime thing to do is to first ACCEPT ,ADMIT and be totally honest to yourself and tell yourself that it's OKAY!!This ill be your first step towards attaining self confidence.
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
You are made to win.A person who has undergone a tough experience in life will always stand more CONFIDENT and above all will learn to BELIEVE in him/her self. Confidence doesn't come easily, especially when you have had feelings of inferiority and self doubt all your life! In math, for example there is a method called the TRIAL AND ERROR method. For those who may wonder what it is, it is a method where you keep trying to solve a problem by trying and of course ,sometimes failing, but yet trying again and again.One should use this method to attain confidence unless it comes naturally.Confidence can be seen as a counterpart of SELF BELIEF.Believing in yourself is very ,very,very(i have said"very" thrice as it is that important.)essential and can be seen as a stepping stone to success.BELIEVE , that you can achieve anything cause we are made (each one of us) to be extraordinary and not MEDIOCRE.

LOVE YOURSELF
We all are different and each one of us has various talents but the real task is to ACCEPT yourself the way you are. This includes all your strengths , your weaknesses and your flaws. We are not meant to be perfect, but we are meant to contribute to this world by being ourselves. Love yourself and people around you will automatically see the beauty that you hold. You can also transmit the positive vibes to the people around you. Loving yourself and confidently presenting yourself (the way you are) to the world , is your first step towards success , prosperity and confidence .
